Cancellations:
I understand that things do come up, however, I do ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice for an appointment cancellation or change.
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of scheduled service.
No show appointments will be charged 50% of scheduled service upon rebooking.
Matted Dogs
It is the responsibility of you as an owner to maintain your pets coat between grooming and bathing appointments. In the event that your dog is matted and needs to be shaved or de-matted, there will be an additional fee determined by the groomer.
Safety
Your pets safety is my number one priority. I aim for a safe environment for you pet while they are in my care. In the event of an accident, injury, allergic reaction, or skin irritation, any veterinary medical treatment will be at the owners expense.
If I am unable to finish your pets groom/service for any reason, you will be charged based on the services which were completed.
*If your pet has any history of biting or aggression, I ask that you please make me aware of this at the time the appointment is booked.
